The protein expression profiling identifies novel protein products generated by post-translational modification. Hence this profiling offers improvements of several orders of magnitude more RNA expression profiling.
These protein complexes generate new modes of expression, which can be used to identify new drug targets. The modes of expression can also be used to screen new drugs and improved.
